Our Educational Approach

Academics That Form the Whole Child

At PCA, learning is not merely the transfer of information. It is the cultivation of minds, souls, and bodies to the glory of God.

Biblical Worldview

Students learn that Christ is Lord over all of life. Every subject is taught as part of God’s world, helping children grow in truth, wonder, and faithful stewardship.

Classical Formation

Students are shaped through rich literature, careful thinking, meaningful discussion, and the pursuit of truth, goodness, and beauty.

Lifelong Learning

Students are encouraged to become passionate learners who think clearly, communicate wisely, and grow in virtue for the good of their families, churches, city, and beyond.

Learning in Forms

At Paideia Classical Academy, our academic structure is organized by forms, a time-tested model that groups students by stage of development rather than only by age or grade.

Kindergarten students learn in their own class. First through third grade students learn together in Form I, and fourth through sixth grade students learn together in Form II. This structure allows students to grow at a pace that fits their readiness, while still being challenged by rich ideas, meaningful work, and the encouragement of older and younger peers.

Within a form, younger students are strengthened by learning alongside older students, while older students grow in confidence, leadership, and mastery as they model and reinforce what they have learned. The result is a classroom culture where students are not rushed ahead or held back by a rigid grade-level structure, but are given room to mature in wisdom, skill, and virtue.
